President and CEO

With over 35 years of experience in SBA 504 lending, commercial real estate finance, and economic development, Marsha works closely with business owners, lenders, and community partners to structure practical, growth-oriented financing solutions. Marsha is known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach and her ability to find flexible, policy-compliant financing options that help businesses move forward with confidence. She is deeply committed to helping local businesses invest, expand, and create jobs in their communities.

Laurie Avey

Office Manager and Loan Servicing Manager

Laurie has over 45 years of experience in the banking and customer service industry. She has been with Success Capital since 2019. A lifelong resident of California’s Central Valley, Laurie takes pride in supporting the local business community. She finds great fulfillment in helping small businesses succeed through the SBA 504 loan program. After funding, Laurie oversees in-house loan servicing, ensuring clients receive exceptional support through accessible, friendly, and efficient service tailored to their ongoing needs.

With over 25 years of banking experience in California’s Central Valley, Lisa specializes in SBA 504 loan closings and the preparation of accurate, timely closing documents. She plays a key role in guiding borrowers through the final stages of the financing process, working closely with lenders, attorneys, escrow, and title to ensure smooth and efficient closings. Lisa especially enjoys working directly with borrowers and meeting with them at signing, and finds great fulfillment in helping small businesses grow, achieve ownership, and reach their long-term goals.

Diane Silva

Senior Vice President of Business Development

With over 30 years of commercial banking experience, Diane works closely with business owners, lenders, and community partners throughout California to facilitate SBA 504 financing. Born and raised in Modesto, California, she maintains strong Central Valley roots while supporting businesses statewide. Diane is passionate about helping businesses move from renting to owning and understands the lasting impact that business ownership has on owners, their families, employees, and the communities they serve. She speaks Spanish and is fluent in Portuguese.
